Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• 7+ years progressive engineering experience.
• 3+ years project and/or people management experience.
• Experience working with global teams, customers, and manufacturing partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to a global HSIO connectors engineering team and local test lab.
• Lead the design, prototyping, qualification, and launch of new HSIO connector products.
• Own end-to-end project execution with milestones, timelines, and customer commitments.
• Collaborate with Design, NPI, Operations, and Manufacturing teams, including partners in China, to transition products to production.
• Approve engineering deliverables and perform FEM/ tolerance analyses to ensure manufacturability and cost targets.
• Engage with customers and Sales to define roadmaps, requirements, and delivery timelines.
