Penn State University is seeking a Lead HR Data & Onboarding Associate to provide outstanding support to the HR Data and Onboarding team. The role reports to the Data & Onboarding Senior Manager and will help develop resources, training materials, and conduct training university-wide.
The position covers all three D&O responsibilities, may be assigned across Data Blue, Data White, and Onboarding as needed, and offers a flexible work arrangement combining remote and on-campus work.
Penn State Human Resources (HR) is seeking a Lead HR Data & Onboarding Associate to provide outstanding support to the HR Data and Onboarding team. This position will report to the Data & Onboarding Senior Manager, assisting with developing resources, training materials, and conducting training for team members and/or employees University wide. Additionally, this position will be expected to be versatile and knowledgeable in all three of the D&O team’s (Data Blue, Data White & Onboarding) responsibilities; and will be assigned across the teams, as needed, depending on work volumes and staffing.

The successful candidate must demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, professionalism, the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and a high degree of sensitivity in handling confidential information. Proficiency in Office365 suite is preferred. The successful candidate will also possess strong customer service and communication skills, both oral and written; the ability to effectively learn and utilize new technologies; and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $44,628.00 - $64,668.00.
