Job summary

Responsibilities include teaching, grading, attendance tracking, and contributing to continuous program improvements. Candidates should have a SHRM credential and at least five years of HR management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
• Current credential in SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
• Five years of Human Resource Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality and technically relevant instruction in HR knowledge and behavioral competencies to prepare students for SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP credentials.
• Provides feedback and assessment to ensure mastery of learning outcomes and program goals.
• Teaches curriculum and uses instructional methods and assessment tools to evaluate student learning.
• Manages course-related paperwork, records, and attendance in the LMS.
• Engages in marketing efforts for courses during Open House events and information sessions.
• Participates in program evaluation, course improvements, and addressing quiz disputes.
• Maintains program quality and satisfaction scores; communicates issues to Program Manager.
