Qualifications

- Five (5) years of experience in a customer-centric professional environment.
- Preferred: An advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Provides quality and technically relevant instruction of course curriculum.
- Teaches students learning strategies.
- Conducts teaching and instructional activities using educational equipment and learning aids.
- Provides continual feedback and various methods of assessment to ensure mastery of learning outcomes.
- Assesses and records grading for assignments, quizzes, and tests.
- Keeps Program Manager informed of curriculum or conduct issues.
