Palm Beach State College seeks an instructor to teach SHRM SCP/CP and Essentials to continuing education students. You will design and deliver engaging curricula and assess learner outcomes to support workforce readiness.
Evening and Saturday availability is required, and teaching experience is preferred. The department values collaboration, professional development, and providing accessible education to diverse learners across the campus and community.

Instruct college students in accordance with educational theories and techniques. Develops discipline related curricula, assess student learning, participates in program evaluation, and college activities. Maintains college and department standards in support of the College's mission and strategic plan.
Teach SHRM SCP/CP and Essentials classes to college continuing education students.
Work schedule varies depending on the teaching assignment.
Must have current SHRM SCP credentials. Must also be available to instruct evening and/or Saturday courses.
Teaching experience preferred.
