Job summary

Qualifications

• More than five years of relevant development or engineering experience preferred.
• Experience in brokerage industry or back-office brokerage accounting is beneficial.
• Strong HP NonStop COBOL and data analysis skills required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and program interactions.
• Develop new code or reuse existing code as recommended.
• Lead projects, coordinate efforts, and monitor performance.
• Stay current with new technologies and methodologies.
• Participate in system testing, validation, and documentation.
• Provide technical advice and assist in resolving programming problems.
• Write/review system specifications, including requirements and flow charts.
• Assist in project planning and review test results.
• Address problems to prevent rework and schedule slippage.
