Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to provide community leadership in cleaning, laundry, waste removal, and recycling, ensuring a safe, clean living environment for residents. You will lead scheduling, training, coaching, and daily engagement of staff while upholding sanitation standards and a culture of respect and hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in housekeeping in healthcare, senior living, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and cleaning protocols.

Responsabilités

• Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff to standards.
• Oversee cleaning, laundry, waste removal, and recycling.
• Manage inventory and supply budgets.
• Coordinate deep cleaning and move-in/move-out support.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to resident and family concerns.
• Perform cleaning as needed in resident apartments and common areas.
• Adhere to safety and infection control policies.
