Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and cleaning protocols in a residential care environment.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff per policy.
• Train on cleaning techniques, resident interaction, and safety protocols.
• Delegate duties and supervise daily activities of teams.
• Manage supply inventory and procurement within budget.
• Coordinate deep cleaning, move-in/out transitions, and projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure resident experience.
• Respond to resident/family concerns professionally.
• Perform cleaning of resident apartments and common areas as needed.
