Village on Morehead, an Independent Living senior community, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team, manage schedules, and ensure clean residences and common areas. 2–3 years of supervisory housekeeping experience and strong communication skills are required, with compassion for seniors.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related experience; housekeeping supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Compassion for and desire to work with seniors.
• Ability to implement cleaning programs, complete checklists, and maintain reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate schedules for offices, public areas, residences, and common areas.
• Plan and schedule cleaning programs, including annuals, move-in preparations, and window/carpet cleaning.
• Monitor inventory levels; order equipment and supplies; ensure safe handling and storage.
