Job summary

Sandpiper Hospitality (SH) seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor in Denver to oversee daily operations, uphold the highest cleanliness standards, and lead a dedicated housekeeping team. This is a hands-on supervisory role in a fast-growing extended stay environment.

You will supervise staff, train and motivate your team, manage cleaning supplies and inventory, collaborate with other departments and the General Manager, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays to ensure guest delight.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of housekeeping experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations.
• Supervise and train housekeeping staff.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with General Manager and other departments.
• Ensure rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness standards.
