You will coach colleagues, participate in interviewing and training, handle guest concerns, and coordinate daily operations to keep the department running smoothly. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hotel experience.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• A positive attitude and passion for teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Support, coach, and develop housekeeping colleagues.
