Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Timeshare Supervisor/Inspector to oversee cleaning personnel and ensure units are cleaned efficiently to a high standard. You will lead safety and quality initiatives across sites, while coordinating with site staff to meet guest expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, training ability, and a commitment to exceptional service. Travel is rarely required; a high school diploma is required, and we offer a full benefits package and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Passion for cleanliness.
• Demonstrated motivational skills.
• Ability to train others.
• Willing to travel rarely.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning personnel and ensure quality and timeliness.
• Assign duties to housekeeping staff.
• May prep rooms for housekeepers during busy periods.
• May clean rooms using 7-step process during busy periods.
• Assist in training staff, new recruits.
• Report unit maintenance issues as per procedures.
• Inspect units and report vacancies and readiness.
• Ensure safety at each site and office.
