Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be detail oriented, able to communicate well with all levels within and outside the organization, and be able to problem-solve with team members and guests.
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bi-lingual ability preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 75 pounds on a regular basis throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Lead housekeeping team, assign, inspect, and record actions; respond to guest concerns with courtesy and service recovery.
• Safety/Risk Management: Conduct routine inspections and maintain standards per regulations; ensure safe procedures when using chemicals.
