B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a capable housekeeping supervisor to lead Room Attendants, Housepersons, and Lobby Attendants. You will train, inspect, and supervise staff to uphold hotel standards and support service excellence.

Responsibilities include guest satisfaction, safety compliance, staff development, and efficient workload management in a fast-paced hotel environment. Bi-lingual ability is preferred and a high school diploma is desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: lead the housekeeping team to ensure guest satisfaction, assign and inspect housekeeping tasks, and support service recovery when needed.
• Safety/Risk Management: conduct routine inspections and maintain chemical safety data sheets; ensure a clean, safe work environment per procedures.
• Associate Management and Development: direct staff performance, provide coaching, training, and ensure training records are maintained.
• Self/Workload Management: attend department/hotel meetings, communicate plans, and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
