Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned floors and ensure rooms, halls, and lobbies meet standards.
• Maintain records of repairs, lost/found items, and work quality.
• Complete room status reports and forward to housekeeping office.
• Inspect rooms daily to ensure service levels meet standards.
• Counsel and discipline employees per policies with progressive steps.
• Oversee training of Room Attendants and maintain team morale.
• Coordinate with Guest Services on discrepant rooms and status.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain key control.
• Monitor VIPs and special guest requests; perform other duties.
