Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and team members.

• Experience in supervisory roles within housekeeping preferred.
• Ability to fulfill physical requirements and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks at shift start and oversee staff daily.
• Train and educate cleaning staff on SOPs and hotel standards.
• Perform hands-on cleaning during peak times or when short-staffed.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment and safety procedures.
• Monitor stock of cleaning supplies and replenish as needed.
• Address guest questions and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Engineering/Housekeeping on maintenance and damages.
• Keep logs of lost and found items and report issues.
