Job summary

Residence Inn Eagan | Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This role leads housekeeping staff, ensures rooms and public areas meet quality standards, and supports safety and training initiatives.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in a leadership housekeeping role, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years in leadership Housekeeping position.
• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Inspects all assigned suites and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair.
• Train associates on safety standards and enforce those standards on a consistent basis.
• Perform housekeeping duties including making beds, vacuuming and cleaning.
• Notifies GM and/or Chief Engineer of maintenance repairs necessary.
• Monitor cleanliness of hotel including parking lot and exterior entrances.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when required.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
