Residence Inn Eagan | Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic, service-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead housekeeping operations and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years in a leadership housekeeping position.
• High School education required; post-high school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect suites and public areas to ensure cleanliness and repairs.
• Provide supplies, equipment, and uniforms to associates.
• Train staff on safety standards and enforce them.
• Perform housekeeping tasks, including beds, vacuuming, and cleaning.
• Open and close shifts; monitor room status and notify maintenance.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed; work nights/weekends/holidays.
