Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a leadership housekeeping role.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.
• Ability to supervise daily housekeeping operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect suites and public areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff on safety and standards.
• Manage opening/closing shift duties and room status updates.
• Coordinate with maintenance for repairs and supply needs.
• Ensure a clean hotel environment including exteriors and parking areas.
