Driftwood Hospitality Management in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead room attendants, lobby attendants and housepersons in guest rooms, corridors and public spaces, ensuring cleanliness to Driftwood’s high standards.

This role requires hands-on supervision, training and scheduling, with emphasis on safety, neat appearance, and exceptional guest service. The Hotel operates 24/7, so shifts vary, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Six months of supervisory experience or one year of comparable housekeeping experience.
• Ability to read and write basic English to complete forms.
• Ability to direct and guide subordinates clearly.
• Ability to organize, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise room attendants, lobby attendants and housepersons to complete tasks.
• Inspect rooms and public spaces for cleanliness and appearance.
• Train and monitor staff; ensure shifts stay within schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness of carts and supply closets; ensure VIP supplies.
• Report maintenance deficiencies and safety concerns.
• Assist other housekeeping personnel as needed.
