Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping staff.
• Break out the house and provide the team with daily assignments.
• Evaluate staff performance and coach as necessary.
• Communicate performance standards and ensure training occurs.
• Perform and supervise cleaning/inspection of guest rooms, public areas, and back of the house.
• Ensure compliance with cleaning techniques, procedures, and brand standards.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory.
• Follow lost and found procedures; report items needing repair.
• Follow all safety procedures.
