Job summary

Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Manager to lead the daily housekeeping operations on the scenic island of Kauai. You will supervise a team, ensure top cleanliness standards, and collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 years prior housekeeping experience.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• The ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful.
• Knowledge of scheduling, and productivity.
• High school math level required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with housekeeping staff on rooms to be cleaned and special requests.
• Inspecting Guestrooms and public areas.
• Communicate with appropriate departments on statuses.
• Follow up on guest complaints/requests.
• Assist in training, coaching and development of team members.
