• Bags and stages soiled linens for laundry and restocks clean linen.
• Ensures 4-Star/4-Diamond quality standards in all areas of responsibility.
• Prepares supply carts and keeps them stocked for the next shift.
• Uses approved cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.
• Acts as shift lead and coordinates with supervisors and management.
• Responds to guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
