Job summary

Silver-Slipper-Casino-Venture-LL in Bay St. Louis, MS is seeking a Housekeeping Lead to support the Housekeeping Supervisor and ensure clean, safe casino facilities.

You will oversee housekeeping staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, uphold cleaning procedures and safety standards, and coordinate with Risk and other departments to meet guest and departmental needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Maintains cleanliness of assigned areas; pick up and remove trash and debris.
• Work with other departments including Risk to ensure safety standards met.
• Ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and complete assignments in a timely manner.
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.
• The Lead will act as the primary point of contact for staff during shifts when supervisory leadership is unavailable, helping resolve issues and maintain workflow.
