Job summary

The Element by Westin Albuquerque Uptown is seeking a dependable and detail-driven Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector to support daily operations and lead by example. You’ll inspect rooms, train staff, and uphold high cleanliness standards across the hotel.

Key responsibilities include inspecting guest rooms and public spaces, assigning tasks, training the team, monitoring inventory, and ensuring safety procedures are followed to maintain hotel excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hotel housekeeping experience.
• Familiar with cleaning procedures and safety standards.
• Able to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces for quality.
• Assign housekeeping tasks and verify completion.
• Train and support housekeeping staff.
• Monitor supply inventory and usage.
• Ensure lost-and-found, laundry, and safety procedures are followed.
