Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is hiring a full-time lead housekeeper to assist the management team in overseeing tasks, training and standards of the housekeeping department. The role will coordinate with maintenance for preventive maintenance and deep cleaning, inspect guest rooms, and ensure peak efficiency and overall hotel cleanliness.

You will train new staff, manage daily tasks, and participate in ESU training.

Qualifications

• Read and speak English and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Support and assist daily activities of 3 plus housekeeping associates on staff.
• Coach and train new and existing associates on company standards, guidelines and procedures.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure housekeeping operations run efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in overseeing tasks, training and standards of the housekeeping department.
• Work with maintenance on preventive maintenance and deep cleaning programs.
• Inspect guest rooms and ensure adherence to standards and policies.
• Complete daily housekeeping tasks and weekend out-of-room cleaning as needed.
• Schedule daily housekeeping assignments and support other duties as needed.
