Job summary

Jones-Harrison Senior Living in Minneapolis is seeking a Lead Housekeeper to supervise housekeeping staff and ensure a clean, safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This full-time role includes 80 hours every two weeks, a day shift, and weekends as needed.

You will manage supplies, mentor staff, and coordinate with the Campus Director of Environmental Services to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety across the facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience.
• Experience leading a team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Leads housekeeping staff in carrying out cleaning procedures.
• Cleans public areas of building as assigned.
• Performs thorough cleaning of all assigned areas including floors and bathrooms.
• Assists in cleaning emergency spills as needed.
• Helps conduct regular staff meetings with Campus Director of Environmental Services.
