Wisteria at Warner Center is a brand-new Continuing Care Retirement Community opening in Summer 2026 and seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to join our founding team onsite in Woodland Hills, CA. You will keep residences neat, clean, and safe while engaging with residents.

Responsibilities

• Performs general housekeeping duties in apartments and/or villas, such as vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchens, dusting surfaces, making beds, cleaning patios.
• Maintains common areas as directed by Director/Supervisor.
• Keeps equipment and supplies in proper condition, including custodian closets.
• Cleans empty units as assigned by Director/Supervisor.
• Cross-trained into Laundry as needed.
• Attends daily shift kickoff and participates in stretches.
• Protects Community property and reports damages or disturbances.

The Housekeeper is responsible for making sure that all types of residences within the Community are neat, clean, free from clutter and are safe. Housekeepers generally spend their days interacting with residents while sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning residential kitchens, bathrooms as well as public common areas while adhering to specific directions and schedules.

This is a full time, onsite, position located in Woodland Hills, California.

Compensation: $22.45 per hour.

Principle Duties

• Performs general housekeeping duties in apartments and/or villas, such as: vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchens, dusting all cleared flat surfaces, making beds, cleaning patios.
• Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by Director/Supervisor.
• Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition, including custodian closets.
• Maintain public areas assigned by Director/Supervisor.
• Clean empty units as assigned by Director/Supervisor.
• Cross-trained into Laundry as needed.
• Attends daily shift kick off meeting and participates in daily stretches.
• Assist other co-workers as assigned.
• Protects Community property/equipment and makes sure there are no defects.
• Notify supervisors on any damages, deficits and disturbances.
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
• Observes and notifies supervisor about noticeable changes in a Residents health, demeanor or disposition.
• Other duties as assigned by Department Director.
