+ Location: Health First - 1350 Hickory Street, Melbourne, FL 32901. Note: online applications accepted only.

+ Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, including alternating weekends and holidays, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. More details available upon interview.

+ Requirements: Previous housekeeping and supervisory experience are preferred but not required.

+ Pay Range: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

The Lead Housekeeper supervises, trains, and inspects the performance of housekeeping staff to ensure standards are met and provides excellent service to guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide quality service with attention to detail.
2. Ensure staff report to work and document attendance.
3. Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
4. Manage call-offs and shift replacements.
5. Coordinate staff breaks and distribute assignment sheets.
6. Assign keys, radios, and beepers, maintaining security.
7. Check equipment for proper supplies and functioning; instruct staff as needed.
8. Inspect areas to meet cleaning standards.
9. Assist staff to uphold high cleanliness standards.
10. Conduct staff training as needed.
11. Exhibit professionalism and contribute to team efforts.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
