• We are hiring immediately for a full-time LEAD HOUSEKEEPER position.
• Location: Health First - 701 West Cocoa Beach Causeway, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, days may vary, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, including alternating weekends and holidays; more details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous housekeeping supervisory experience is required.
• Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Supervises, trains, and inspects the performance of assigned housekeeping staff to ensure all procedures meet the unit's standards. Assists as necessary to provide excellent service to guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides quality service to customers with attention to detail.
• Ensures staff report to work and clock in properly; documents lateness or absences.
• Resolves guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Documents call-offs and shift replacements.
• Coordinates staff breaks.
• Prepares and reviews assignment sheets, communicates updates throughout the shift.
• Assigns keys, radios, beepers, and maintains security records.
• Checks equipment for supplies, cleanliness, and mechanical issues; instructs staff to correct deficiencies.
• Inspects areas to confirm cleaning standards are met.
• Supports staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Conducts staff training as needed.
• Exhibits professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
