Job summary

Vi Living in San Diego seeks a reliable Lead Housekeeper to join our luxury care community. You will lead and support the housekeeping team, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and coordinate with departments to maintain a safe, inviting environment.

The role requires 2–3 years in hospitality or healthcare housekeeping, a valid driver’s license where applicable, and the ability to supervise staff and uphold infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of housekeeping experience in hospitality, healthcare, environmental services or senior living.
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable.
• Demonstrates ability to lead and supervise employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the housekeeping team to maintain high standards.
• Identify and report housekeeping-related issues to the Director.
• Clean resident apartments as well as common areas and interior spaces.

Responsibilities

Lead Housekeeper

An opportunity exists on our highly accomplished housekeeping team. The selected candidate will have responsible for providing support to housekeepers. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Identifying and reporting any housekeeping-related issues to the Director
• Cleaning resident apartments as well as common areas and interior space.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants are required to possess a minimum of 2 to 3 years of housekeeping experience in Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services or Senior Living Environment. Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable.

Additional requirements include:

• Demonstrates the ability to lead and supervise employees
• Capable of operating and maintaining all housekeeping / laundry equipment
• Demonstrated knowledge of Infection Control, Hazardous Waste, and Disaster Plans.

Pay Range
