Vi Living's Vi at The Glen in Glenview, IL is hiring a compassionate Housekeeper to maintain resident apartments and common spaces to the highest standards. You will perform cleaning, bedding, waste disposal, and general housekeeping duties on a schedule that may include weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience in Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services or Senior Living Environment
• Available to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Must possess a valid and current driver’s license where applicable
• Hours are 7:30 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 4:30 pm
• Weekends and holidays required as needed
• Capable of operating and maintaining housekeeping/laundry equipment
• Knowledge of Infection Control, Hazardous Waste, and Disaster Plans

Responsibilities

• Clean fixtures, sinks, toilets and tubs
• Make beds with clean linen
• Empty and replace liners in waste containers
• High/low dusting
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Maintain cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas

Responsibilities

Housekeeper

An opportunity exists on our highly accomplished housekeeping team. The selected candidate will have responsibility for cleaning resident apartments as well as common areas and interior space. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Cleaning fixtures, sinks, toilets and tubs
• Making beds with clean linen
• Emptying, cleaning waste containers and replacing liners
• High/low dusting
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming

Qualifications
