Job summary

Vi at Lakeside Village in Florida is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain resident apartments and common areas. You will perform cleaning tasks including fixtures, beds, waste management, dusting, and floor care.

Hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with weekend and holiday coverage as needed. Join a team that emphasizes quality service and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, healthcare, environmental services or senior living preferred.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license where applicable.
• Shift hours 7:30 am–4:00 pm or 8:00 am–4:30 pm.
• Weekend and holiday work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments and common areas.
• Clean fixtures, sinks, toilets and tubs.
• Make beds with fresh linen and replace liners.
• Perform high/low dusting; sweep, mop and vacuum.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior spaces to standard.

Housekeeper

An opportunity exists on our highly accomplished housekeeping team. The selected candidate will have responsibility for cleaning resident apartments as well as common areas and interior space. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Cleaning fixtures, sinks, toilets and tubs
• Making beds with clean linen
• Emptying, cleaning waste containers and replacing liners
• High/low dusting
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants will preferably possess prior housekeeping experience in Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services or Senior Living Environment
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable
• Hours are 7:30 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 4:30 pm
• Weekends and holidays will be required as needed

Additional requirements include

• Capable of operating and maintaining all housekeeping / laundry equipment
• Demonstrated knowledge of Infection Control, Hazardous Waste, and Disaster Plans

Pay Range

USD $16.51 - USD $19.39 /Hr.
