Vi Living is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain resident apartments and common areas at Vi at Aventura. You will clean fixtures, make beds, manage waste, and perform high/low dusting to keep spaces pristine and welcoming for residents.

Hours are 7:30 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 4:30 pm, with weekends and holidays required. The role supports Infection Control standards and uses housekeeping equipment safely in a care-driven community.

Competenze

• Experience in hospitality, healthcare, environmental services or senior living.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must possess a valid and current driver’s license, where applicable.

Mansioni

• Clean resident apartments and common areas.
• Perform fixtures cleaning: sinks, toilets, tubs.
• Make beds with fresh linen and replace waste liners.
• Dust high and low surfaces, sweep, mop and vacuum.

Responsibilities

Housekeeper

An opportunity exists on our highly accomplished housekeeping team. The selected candidate will have responsibility for cleaning resident apartments as well as common areas and interior space. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Cleaning fixtures, sinks, toilets and tubs
• Making beds with clean linen
• Emptying, cleaning waste containers and replacing liners
• High/low dusting
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants will preferably possess prior housekeeping experience in Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services or Senior Living Environment
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable
• Hours are 7:30 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 4:30 pm
• Weekends and holidays will be required as needed

Additional requirements include:

• Capable of operating and maintaining all housekeeping / laundry equipment
• Demonstrated knowledge of Infection Control, Hazardous Waste, and Disaster Plans

Pay Range

USD $16.51 - USD $19.39 /Hr.
