The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a supervisory housekeeping role, with a High School Diploma or GED, and ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Housekeeping Supervisor experience, preferably in a Senior Living community or hotel setting.
• Language skills: ability to speak and understand English.
• Formal education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and staffing schedules to ensure cleaning of offices, public spaces, and residential apartments.

• Assist in coordinating the annual deep cleaning program.
• Schedule preparation of apartments for move-ins.
• Conduct inspections of offices, common space, guestrooms, and residential apartments.
• Maintain inventory control for supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
• Inform supervisor of resident issues or concerns.
• Assist in developing and monitoring the housekeeping department budget.
• Establish energy awareness in the department.

• Conduct inspection of offices, common space, guestrooms, and residential apartments.


• Maintain inventory control systems for all supplies, chemicals, and equipment.


• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.


• Assist in developing and monitoring the housekeeping department budget.


• Establish energy awareness in the department.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of Housekeeping Supervisor experience, preferably in a Senior Living community setting or a hotel setting.

Level of Formal Education: A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: The ability to speak and understand the English language.
