Job summary

Aloft Charlotte Ballantyne is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas. You will clean rooms, restock amenities, and ensure high standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities include inspections, sanitation, and responding to guest requests. The role supports laundry and inventory tasks and may require flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms after cleaning to verify adherence to established standards.
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and replacing towels.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and mirrors.
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and bathtubs.
• Empty trash cans and replace trash bags.
• Restock guest rooms with amenities, such as toiletries and linens.
• Clean and maintain public areas, including hallways, stairwells, and lobbies.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum public areas as needed.
• Wipe down surfaces and sanitize high-touch areas.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures.
• Assist with laundry duties, as needed.
• Participate in inventory control and supply management.
• Other duties as assigned.

As a Room Attendantyou will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. Your primary responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Room Inspections:
