Job summary

Valor is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property and equipment preventive maintenance program across our Atlanta-area properties. You will supervise the maintenance team, schedule work, and ensure compliance with safety codes and brand standards to protect assets and guests.

The role requires at least five years in building maintenance leadership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage budgets, vendors, and life-safety tests.

Qualifications

• Post-high school education and a 1–2 year certificate in building maintenance or related field.
• Minimum five years in building maintenance in a leadership or management role.
• Strong analytical abilities and capability to manage diverse information.
• Excellent communication with management, staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and discipline associates while setting clear expectations.
• Implement and schedule preventive maintenance programs per standards and codes.
• Prioritize requests, coordinate with contractors, and monitor service quality.
• Diagnose building issues, review blueprints, and manage budgets and expenses.
• Perform Manager-on-Duty duties as assigned.
