Zusammenfassung

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Chief Engineer to lead our maintenance operations and uphold brand standards across our portfolio. This role requires strong leadership, preventive maintenance expertise, and the ability to manage budgets and teams effectively.

You will supervise a maintenance staff, coordinate with other departments, and ensure safety compliance while driving guest satisfaction and hotel performance in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of high school education; post-high school preferred.
• Minimum of five years in maintenance leadership, preferably in hotels.
• Two years of college or trade school in mechanical, electrical, or technical disciplines preferred.
• Certified pool operator certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Ensure proactive preventative maintenance programs meet brand standards.
• Follow safe working practices and ensure guest rooms pass maintenance checks.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and manage work orders.
• Prioritize and complete work orders promptly; monitor deficiencies.
• Oversee pool/spa maintenance per brand standards and health regulations.
• Maintain hotel grounds and exterior appearance.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Supervise contracted capital projects and life safety procedures.
• Coach and discipline direct reports; lead property safety initiatives.
• Participate in regular property walk-throughs and address deficiencies.
