Schulte Hospitality Group invites a seasoned Chief Engineer to lead preventive maintenance and operations across our hotel portfolio. You will drive safety, manage a robust work-order process, and supervise capital projects while ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive mechanical/electrical knowledge, and a track record of optimizing equipment reliability in a hotel setting.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in hotels.
Post-high school education preferred; technical/trade schooling a plus.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in a hotel.

Responsibilities

Oversee preventative maintenance programs to brand standards.
Lead safety programs and enforce safe working practices.
Inspect guest rooms after maintenance and address deficiencies.
Manage inventory and work-order system; prioritize tasks.
Supervise capital projects and coordinate with other departments.
Develop staff, coach, and discipline direct reports.
Ensure pool, spa, and grounds maintenance meet standards.
