Job summary

Huse Culinary is seeking a Lead Host for its Paradise Valley location opening August 2026. You will be the face of the restaurant, greeting guests and guiding them to tables, ensuring a smooth dining experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include managing reservations, coordinating seating, and communicating with servers and management to balance table assignments. Prior lead-host experience and OpenTable familiarity are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Prior Lead Host experience preferred.
• Experience with OpenTable preferred.
• Experience in high-volume upscale dining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth and organized dining room flow.
• Communicate effectively with servers and management to balance table assignments and maintain accurate wait times.
• Provide guests with menus, answer basic questions about the restaurant, and ensure guests feel welcomed and attended to from the moment they arrive.
• Maintain the host stand, reservation system, and waiting area while delivering professional, polished first and last impressions for all guests.
