Job summary

Third & Hollywood in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a hospitality-focused team member to elevate guest experiences in a premier dining setting.

You will greet guests, answer questions about the menu and reservations, and serve drinks and starters while guests wait. You’ll manage waiting guests with accurate wait times, handle unique situations confidently, and contribute 30–35 hours weekly, including nights and weekends, with additional event support.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality guest services in a dining setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to assume a leadership presence during busy service periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive with genuine warmth.
• Answer questions about the menu, nightly features, and reservations.
• Serve guests drinks and starters while they wait.
• Keep track of waiting guests, providing accurate wait times and seating efficiently.
• Act with confidence to ensure guests love their experience during unique situations.
• Work 30 to 35 hours (including nights and weekends), with 3–4 hours supporting Vintage Room events.
• Take pride in being part of one of the top fine dining experiences in Columbus.
