Job summary

First Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Host in Columbus, OH to welcome guests and coordinate seating for an exceptional dining experience. You will engage guests with warmth, manage room service delivery, and collaborate with management to ensure smooth service during evening shifts.

Responsibilities include setting up dining areas, stocking supplies, greeting guests, and maintaining cleanliness. Previous host or in-room dining experience is preferred, with strong communication and flexible

• Speak/read/write and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Stand, walk, bend, and pivot repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Set up the restaurant and/or lounge area for service.
• Stock all areas with necessary items and manage stock during shift.
• Provide each guest an individualized greeting with charisma and clear communication.
• Seat guests according to preferences and restaurant capability.
• Handle telephone inquiries with brand standards, listen, and provide accurate information.
• Deliver room service orders to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant spaces for inviting environments.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management for quality guest experiences.
• Complete additional duties as assigned
