Qualifications

• SevenRooms and OpenTable experience required.
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality (restaurant front desk/host experience).
• Friendly, calm under pressure, and excellent at multitasking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Assist Reception Manager to ensure punctual attendance and grooming.
• Ensure guests receive a warm, professional first impression and seating.
• Assist in registration and logging of arriving guests.
• Assist in booking to allocate tables across sections and stagger times.
• Answer calls promptly and respond to messages.
• Ensure booking details are accurate and maximize table occupancy.
• Maintain knowledge of daily restaurant covers, hours, menu items and specials.
• Communicate reservation details to on-duty Management and note VIPs.
• Maintain cleanliness of menus and dining areas.
• Lead the reception team and assist in on-site induction.
