Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate guest counts and wait times; assist with coat check.
• Schedule, conduct and oversee host training and update host manuals and materials.
• Observe service standards and communicate observations to management.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and operate reservation systems.
