Job Details

Location: Butterworth Hospital – 100 Michigan St, Grand Rapids

Schedule: Full-time, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, Every Other Weekend

Starting at $19.04 per hour

Job Summary

Team members must be flexible to work across multiple locations and departments, including Environmental Services Tech, Nutrition Services Tech, Patient Transport, and Supply Chain Material Coordinator. Responsibilities include maintaining shift accountability, coordinating daily operations, ensuring quality and compliance, training staff, and supporting administrative tasks.

Essential Functions

1. Collaborate with team members to contribute to overall success.
2. Complete assigned projects and initiatives.
3. Manage daily operations, schedules, quality assurance, and compliance.
4. Communicate effectively with staff, visitors, and patients to ensure excellent service.
5. Participate in data collection, analysis, and action planning.
6. Assist in resolving work-related issues and support cross-campus operations.
7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure service continuity.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years relevant experience or related job profile tasks
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA or ARC (90 days)

Preferred

• Associate's Degree or equivalent
• 1 year relevant experience in customer service or leadership
• Additional certifications as listed (e.g., BLS Instructor, Epic Credentialed Trainer, ServSafe)
