Crothall Healthcare is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for VCU Health Parham Campus. This role leads the maintenance team, troubleshoots and repairs complex building systems, and ensures safety and compliance across all facility operations.

The position runs on 1st shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of facility maintenance experience, with strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and medical gas knowledge, plus CMMS expertise.

Formación

• 7+ years of facility maintenance experience, preferably healthcare or regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of hospital systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, medical gas, and fire safety.
• Experience leading maintenance teams or supervising technical staff.
• Proficiency in CMMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of Joint Commission, NFPA, OSHA, and local code compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on hospital equipment and infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, medical gas, emergency power).
• Lead and mentor maintenance team; provide training and ensure safety standards.
• Design and oversee preventative maintenance schedules to ensure compliance and reliability.
• Maintain OSHA, NFPA, Joint Commission standards; participate in safety audits and drills.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and asset tracking.
• Identify and resolve complex building system issues to minimize downtime.
