Responsibilities

• Review, clarify and organize all lab requests and use LIS to process specimens and bill tests.
• Independently check requisitions for completeness and follow up with CLS staff if problems are found.
• Provide customer support by promptly answering questions about pre-analytical and analytical methodologies and reporting results.
