Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience leading housekeeping teams in healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the point person on your shift — giving clear direction and positive energy to your housekeeping crew.
• Train and mentor new team members and help them become rock stars.
• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed correctly, on time, and to hospital-grade standards.

• Leading by example and stepping in to assist as needed on the floor.
