Job summary

TruBlue Home Service Ally in El Paso, TX is seeking a Lead Home Service Technician. This leadership role guides a team of Tru-Pro technicians, delivers high-quality home maintenance, and ensures on-site safety and customer satisfaction.

You bring 10+ years of hands-on home repair, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor others. A valid driver's license and bilingual English/Spanish are required to serve diverse clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on home repair or construction experience.
• Experience mentoring or leading other technicians preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and full toolset.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality home maintenance and repair projects.
• Lead, coach, and support a team of Tru-Pro technicians.
