TruBlue Home Service Ally in El Paso, TX is seeking a Lead Home Service Technician who guides a team of Tru-Pro technicians, delivers high-quality repairs, and upholds the company’s standards of professionalism and customer care.

The role requires 10+ years of hands-on home repair or construction, strong communication and problem-solving skills, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and fluency in English and Spanish. You will mentor others and ensure safety and quality on-site.

Formación

• 10+ years of hands-on home repair or construction experience.
• Experience mentoring technicians preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Committed to doing the job right and supporting the team and clients.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and full toolset.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; authorized to work in the U.S.
